Is this a good idea? I don't plan of drinking it all the time, but a liter bottle, along with all the other water I drink? Should I shy away from this or this is a good thing? Thanks

Peace
Sam

We might have caught this in the chat last night but, yes, you can drink too much water, though it's quite a bit. The problem is that you can create an electrolyte imbalance, which can be offset by making sure that you are getting enough potassium and sodium mainly (because usually this happens with excessive excercise and you lose a lot through sweating), and calcium, magnesium and manganese. So if you drink loads of water I'd suggest mixing in a sports drink and taking a mineral supplement.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
