Going on a short 3 day trip to Vegas coming up. I know it won't be possible to do the program during that time due to scheduling, availability, etc. Is it ok to skip those days? I am sure I can keep close to the diet, but just probably can't do the tapes.

Sure. 3 days will never set you back more than 3 days (standard rule for gaining back what you have lost). If you are really pushing before you go the rest can even make you stronger. However, I would make an attempt to do a little exercise each day, even if it's so little as 5 minutes of stretching in your room when you wake up.

Better would be to try and do all of the body weight exercises that you can remember. A little movement each day is much, much, better then nothing because it gets you blood flowing and removes latic acid from you system.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
