I have to buy mixed swimsuits to get an x-large bottom and small top!!
Will Power 90 and supplements be enough, or should I also be doing the thin thighs tape, and buns tape too?? if so, how do I space the workouts from Power 90?

why I am speaking of tapes, do I also do the Ab tape too, after working out and doing the abs on the "main video"? I know alot of people asked that question, but I never saw a straight answer. confused

This type of question gets answered a lot. Not getting a "straight answer" is probably because there isn't one. It's not that we (or anyone) don't want to tell you but there are many variables between individuals and some of it you will need to figure out for yourself. This is lesson one: you need to learn to listen to your body.

However, I realize that many people have no idea where to start and how to do this at all and that is where the guidelines come in. Keep in mind that they are guidelines, not rules (or laws in scientific terms). Much in the field of health and fitness changes from time to time, and occasionally drastically. This is why it's so important for you to pay close attention to how everything is making you feel. Then you can tweak your own program for the best results.

Okay, on to your question. Power 90 alone should be enough. The key is the improve your eating habits and the workouts down. Proper eating will maximize your metabolism and intense exercise will maximize your workout time. It's better to do Power 90 correctly than to compromise it and add other exercise. THis can burn calories but less exercise with proper nutrition can burn more calories. So, for now, your mission is to read the diet guide and program directions thoroughly and try and follow it as closely as possible. Once you do this you may have specific questions how to maximize certain things.

Specifically, you don't need to do the extra ab tapes or Thin Thighs and Power 90 itself will begin your body sculpting journey.

Good luck!

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
