Shoot for at least 25g of fiber a day. Psyllium husks and flaxseed are good fiber sups, but just take those straight because most brand name fiber sups are just one of those two things with sugar added.

But the best way to get fiber into your diet is to eat plenty of fresh fruits (eat the skins when you can), veggies and whole grains, including brown rice.

Although there are plenty of fibrous foods, my faves include bran cereal, almonds, apples and blue, straw and raspberries.

You can always look up fiber count at fitday.com.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
