I was wondering which of these is best between Xenadrine EFX, Ripped Fuel (MaHuang Free), Ephedra Free Hydroxycut, and EAS DynamX. Or is there a better Ephedra Free supp. besides one of BeachBody's.
You are using the term supplement broadly, since you are only asking about thermogenics. My guess is that all of these are going to contain something called citrus aurantium, also referred to as bitter orange. While somewhat effective, it is probably only, at most, going to allow your body--through raising your general core temperature--to burn around 300 more calories daily. So maybe it best to save a lot of money and eat better. On the up side, there hasn't as of yet been any negative research associated with this supplement. Most of these also have other ingredients that do different things. You should look at everything, evaluate your diet for its deficencies, and then decide which supp you'd benefit more from, though the "thermogenic" properties of all are probably similar.
