Hi,

I'm 35 yrs old and I'm on Day 34. I've just switched to taking the Strength and Muscle Mens Formula after each workout. Is this an effective substitute/replacement for the Peak Recovery Formula??? Meaning, I do not need to take both, but instead take either one or the other depending on my goals and objectives. Thank you

They're similar and I'd say that's fine. If weight loss is not your goal, I'd either take the Male Formula and follow it with a half serving of Recovery Formula in about 30 minutes or just mix the two together. That is what I often do.

MF has creatine and dextrose (sugar) for quick glycogen replenishment and to promote a rapid uptake of creatine. RF has only a touch of creatine but has protein to begin protein synthesis. Since all of these things are important post workout it's not a bad idea to take both.

The reason RF doesn't have more protein is that a 4:1 carbRazzrotein ratio is always beneficial but some athletes will not require creatine supplementation as it's primary benefit is for those trying to make improvement in the anaerobic pathways.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
