Not sure what the difference is between the Slimming Formula and Women's Total Health. Could you please tell me what the primary difference is and is one targeted better at fat loss than another?

Yes, they are different, though both will help with your metabolism. WTH is somewhat preventative in nature and, well, for total health improvement. SF is designed to go with an exercise program. Pyruvate helps promote fat loss without the often associated loss of lean muscle mass. I would say that this supplement is more for energery for exercise and recovery. I would say that SF will have more an effect on your body composition then the WTH, but that is by design. Both should improve your general health, but SF should only be used with a program while WTH can be taken anytime.
