I know plain old water is the best...but how do ya feel about Propel??

1 serving: 8fl oz
10 calories
0 fat
35mg sodium (1%)
3g carbs (1%)
2g sugar
0 protien
10% vitamin c
10% vitamin e
25% niacin (whatever the heck that is??)
25% vitamin b6
4% vitamin b12
25% pantothenic acid (again..no clue)

I think it's okay if you have it maybe once a day or something, but I don't think it's a good water sub. Given you're supposed to get at least 8 8oz glasses of water, that's 80 calories of sugar, half a Coke.

Vitamin water is the name of the product. I think it is produced by glaceau. I dont have one with me. But if you type in vitamin water . com you can see the product...

not sure that helps

Got it. Exact same advice as above. 8 ounces of the stuff is 50 calories of sugar -- and who drinks 8 ounces of anything anyway?
