Actually I have several questions:
1. I've been taking both the performance and total health supplements at night right before I go to bed. Will this maximize my results? If not, then I would like to know more about when to take the supplements. My schedule is very busy, so I usually wake up around 4 a.m. to exercise. On the performance bottle it states that you can optimize your results by taking the supplements 30 minutes before you exercise, however I don't believe I can bring myself to getting up at 3:30 just so I can take the supplements.
2. My second question concerns taking the supplements with carbohydrates. How soon after taking the supplements can you consume carbohydrates without diminishing the effects of the supplements?
3. Is it possible to take the activit vitamins while using the performance and total health supplements? or do the performance and total health supplements do the job? What are the benefits if any?

Thanks
E. Pappas

I just started the Power 90 program and I would like to know if you exercise in the mornings and take all of the supplements 30 minutes prior to the workout--Can you eat carbs for breakfast? It is really difficult for me since i normally eat cereal or oatmeal in the morning with fruit. Would i be doing myself a diservice by continuing to eat this for breakfast confused

I would recommend taking the Performance Formula right when you get up with a large glass of water. This will help you get hydrated for the workout and wake up.

Post workout (after showering and getting ready for work) a carbohydrate breakfast is not only good but optimal. In a window between 15 and 45 minutes after working out nutrients are absorbed up to 4 times better. This is a good time to take your vitams (ActiVit) as well.

ActiVit is totally different than the supplements. They are multi-vitamins to help make sure that you are getting all of the nutrients that you need. Supplements are to boost the performance and fat-burning capabilities of the workouts.

Are you stating that i should take both 3 Women's Total Health Forumla and 3 Performance Forumula tablets all at one time -- as soon as i get up? [Not have to wait 30 minutes?] Work out and then
take the vitamins with breakfast (with carbohydrates).

1)--Would this have been enough time for the Performance Formula to be effective even though it says right on the bottle to take 30 minutes prior to exercise?

2)--Would enough time have passed from the time i take both total health forumla and performance forumla to be able to eat a breakfast with carbohydrates -- since it states on both bottles that they should not be taken with carbos eek

Aloha,

You might want to wait until later in the day to take the Female Formula because 6 pills all at once just may (might not also) upset your stomach.

1) It would be better to take the Performance earlier but it isn't worth losing a half-hours sleep over. It will continue to work all day and not only during your workout.

2) By the time you have worked out, showered, and are eating breakfast most of the absorption should have taken place and you should be fine. Make sure that you eat that post-workout meal because it will keep you from getting as hungry for the rest of the day.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
