I noticed my stomach is very toned except for the belt line, i cannot seem to lose the fat from above the belt line, any suggestions to which work out will do this, i am pretty thin at 6'4 182, there should be no fat after 7 weeks of working out, but this fat will not go away. I keep thinking if i lose more weight, but then i will look sickly. I also sit 7 hours a day that might be part of it also. Thanks
We all have a last hurrah type of area. Just keep at it. It's purely a matter of overall body fat %. Once it gets low enough that spot will disappear. Actually, adding some mulsce mass will increase your metabolic rate and may be the easiest way to rid yourself of that last bit of excess fat.
Do i diet to lose the fat in conjuction with working out, as i really do not want to lose anymore weight. I try to eat pretty healthy most of the time.
