I would think that taking caffeine in the morning would not affect me at night, but I am not sure. I wanted to know which of the formulas (slimming, performance, activit) contain caffeine and in what amounts.

I'd like to take a supplement, I just want to make sure I make the right choice. I have a hard enough time as it is getting to sleep at night and thus getting up in the morning. Any reccommendations?

None of our supplements have much caffeine, but those with green tea extract have some: the Slimming Formula (small amount) and the Fat-Burning Activit (minimal amount). The one that has the most potential to affect your sleep is the Performance Formula but many people take it before bed with no effect at all. These concerns are for the ultra sensitive only.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
