Am I supposed to do the Ab Ripper 100 as well as the ab workout at the end of the cario tape both on the same day or do I do the Ab Ripper 100 on the sculpting day?

I started doing the ab workout everyday because I want a flat stomache. I am now doing the abs 200 everyday and getting rid of that afterbaby stomache finally. Good luck.
The ab workout at the end of the cardio tape should be the same as the Ab Ripper 100 video. They've added the ab videos to the end of the cardio videos to make it more convenient, so you don't have to switch tapes. The program is designed to have you do abs on your cardio days only, but trainers have told me that abs can be worked everyday if you want.
This was just what I needed to hear! I had that very same question about the Abs Ripper tapes and how they should be used. Thanks, now I know what to do!
The muscles in the abdominal region have a higher percentage of red muscle fiber than other areas of your body and for this reason can be worked out more often. However, they are still muscles and subject to the same laws of strength, growth, and rest as the rest of the body. They can be overtrained. Most trainers just let people work their stomach as much as they want because most people don't have strong enough muscles in this region to overtrain them.
Now, if you are doing ab200 every day then you are doing too much. I would recommend that everyone take a minimum of one day a week off from working your abs, and two or three wil not hurt once you get to the ab200 level. Essentially, the harder you work them the more rest they need.
