To worry or not to worry? That is the question.
I'd say to pay attention, rather than worry about your diet. Those options may not be perfect but they are definately better than most. Worrying about a perfect diet can do more harm than good because mentally believing in yourself is probably the most effective weapon you have. Nobody eats perfect all of the time. Nobody. Even those that try. You can't because you can't control everything in your environment. Once you believe this to be the case then you can relax a bit about your eating and just do the best you can. That being said, it is important to realize the difference between foods nutritionally so that you can weight the difference between 600 calories of fish and veggies between the 600 you might get from fries and a coke. One will help your body perform, while the other will make you malnourished. The whole processing that surrounds frozen foods will leech some of the nutrients out of them. You will therefore be better off to each fresh food that you've prepared yourself. However, this is not always convenient, so the frozen option is much better than (not to harp on McD's but) a Happy Meal. Bottom line is that those are good options for a quick meal, but you should make an effort to eat fresh foods whenever you can.
