Hey everyone...
I just ordered Power 90 and should be receiving it within the next few days. I did not order any supplements, but I am not reconsidering it. I have about 20 pounds I would like to use and I am going to use Power 90 as well as a new diet to help me. I *really* want to see results so how much of a difference will the supplements make? I don't typically get sore after workouts. I am considering either the Performance or Woman's formula, but not both. Which is better?? Or should I just forget about the supplements and see what happens?? Please help!!!!

You could start the program without them and add them part way in to see if they make any difference. I personally think that you will notice a difference but the program will work either way. Diet and exercise are the keys. Supplements help to ensure that you are maximizing your hard work.

Have fun.

I am 3 weeks into P90 and am already seeing results. I am a vegetarian and eat pretty well. I was pretty athletic once but have sort of neglected my fitness since I got married and had kids. I am considering taking supplements....which ONE (or 2) do you think would maximize my workout. I am a 39 year old male 6' tall and a "big-boned " 230 lbs.

Are you trying to lose weight, get big or strong, or what?

Activit is always a good place to start. I think that taking a multi-vitamin is always important because it ensures you aren't lacking in any major nutrient, at least.

As for supplements, creatine is effective for building muscle mass and I like the Slimming Formula for trying to lose weight and gain muscle because of the way it helps avoid muscle catabolization while losing fat. If you lack energy, the Performance Formula is popular and it will also help regulate your metabolism.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
