I've had great results but plan on doing SI6 next after the one week off. I plan to do the fast and the slimming formula, and the performance formula and the activits and give the creatine a break. What kind of effect will I see from stopping the creatine and when can I safely cycle back on if I want to?

Everybody seems to agree that it's good to give creatine a break but no one is certain just how long that break should be. Common useage is 6 weeks on and 4 off but I've heard of numerous variations. Since it is not really appropriate for the type of exercise you are doing during Si6 I'd just recommend taking a 6 week break, or longer if you extend Si6 a bit. Then go back on when you start pushing weight around again.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
