the most fat is with this stuff.

My body has never had probs with stimulants, so I'm considering giving it a shot. But then again I've never taken something this heavy duty before.

Anybody heard about success or lack of with this kind of product?

I will not tell you that this is okay. Yes, there is a scientific way to prove that this is effective. I can also prove it's dangerous. Odds that anything bad will happen to you are probably well in your favor but, still, does that make it worth it? Nothing that you will accomplish by doing this cannot be done in slightly more time with proper diet and exercise, so is it really that important?

I mean, I wouldn't even do steroids and they do help you beyond what normal diet and exercise can. This is just a dangerous shortcut.

I heard something recently. It may not be true but I heard it from someone that is very knowledgable and respected in the industry. He said that there have been three-hundred and some-odd supplement-related deaths in the US over the last 5 years and that all of them had at least something to do with ephedra.

Staying away from the ECA stacks was my gut instinct... it was just the enticing quick fix that kept it in the back of my brain.

i've been overweight so long that despite the success i've had with p-90, ECA stacks just sounded really good at the moment.

i'm willing to go the distance on diet & exercise, be it 90 days or 180.

thanks for the 'informed' opinion. big grin

To lend some perspective, there was a kid here in central Ohio who died while working out from taking ephedrine a few years back. They found that he had taken 25 "white crosses", which contained 25 mg. ephedrine each, before his workout. That is 12.5 times the recommended dosage, and all the ephedrine problems that I have seen documented resulted from serious to profound mega-dosage. When taken as directed, ephedrine and ECA stacks are safe and effective; the real key is to follow the instructions and don't be stupid. It's a personal choice if you like the way your body responds to it, but your odds of dropping dead from taking an ECA stacker are somewhere south of slim; they are not dangerous unless you go way beyond recommended dosage levels.

Personally, I think if someone is stupid enough to take stimulants by the handful, it's a helpful act of social darwinism when they pass, but that's just my opinion.

I've taken ephedrine and ECA stacks off and on (important) for over twelve years and believe in them wholeheartedly. Ephedra (Ma Huang) has been used in Chinese medicine for literally thousands of years and is safe until people start taking huge megadoses of it. Ephedrine can cause tolerance, which is probably how these idiots came to be taking 10+X doses, so be sure to give your body a break once in a while. Take a week or two off of them and clear the system.

The best advice is to give 'em a shot and see if they work for you. Follow the directions and if you don't like them, I'll give you my mailing address!

Best of luck to you!

A kid who lived here, actually his family lies here, was in military school and his group went out on a run before they had to weigh in. He took TWO ripped fuels and died. He did have asthma I believe but he only took two! That is a reccomended dosage. It does state on almost every bottle of supplements containing ephedra that you shouldn't use it if you have certain health problems and they list the problems. Almost anything can be a risk. You never know. I do tend to agree with GenX a bit but it's not an answer or solution to just living a healthy lifestyle. I tend to find them usefull but like Genx said I am taking a break from them.

Results will vary. Weight loss may be temporary as exercise and proper diet are required to maintain long-term weight loss and muscle gain.
